HOW IT STARTED
The search for a job
After graduating from university, Bogdan and Mihai emigrated to Germany where they started working as truck drivers — Bogdan with no experience in the field, and Mihai with trucking experience gained in Romania during summer breaks.
ON THE ROADS OF GERMANY
Employment and experience
For 3 years they worked as professional drivers on BDF containers at one of the largest transport companies operating this type of vehicle combination in Germany.
Their experience grew, and from 2017 they continued their work in the same field but in different positions: Mihai as an internal Trainer on BDF containers and Bogdan as an assistant manager in the truck and trailer service department.
FIRST DAY OF TRAINING
Autorekrut is born
On August 4th, 2019, the first training day took place in Romania, marking the start of Autorekrut's operations through recruitment and training services for professional drivers.

Cristina Băneș joined the Autorekrut team as recruitment coordinator, bringing over 6 years of experience in the HR field.
