Autorekrut was born from the direct experience of brothers Bogdan and Mihai, who worked as professional drivers in Germany and understood the challenges faced by Romanians who want to work in transport abroad.
After years of experience in the field, we realized that there is a real need for specialized support for Romanian drivers who want to work in Germany. We saw the difficulties related to finding a suitable job, adapting to the specific requirements of the German market, and navigating through bureaucratic processes.
Thus, in 2018, we founded Autorekrut Deutsch S.R.L. with the clear mission of providing comprehensive recruitment and support services for Romanian professional drivers who want to work in Germany.
